i’m not one to make assumptions about the criminal justice system, because, let’s be real, i only know of the it from my obsession with court tv as 15 yr. old and law and order SVU, but this verdict has made me question my faith in the system.
apologies to my fellow A train riders, when I gasped in astonishment from the verdict.

American independent film is represented in the world premieres by three fiction films. Matthew Petock’s “A Little Closer” tracks the quest of a mother and her two sons for love and sex; “Bad Posture,” from director Malcolm Murray, explores the underbelly of Albuquerque; while R. Alverson’s “New Jerusalem” deals with displacement.
